ok so not updated on here for a wee while
basically cos the main reason for this was for me to vent about losing weight and well i've not done any of that recently lol! but on the upside i've not put any on either so its all good!
But as of this morning i'm down another 4 pounds woohoo!!
thats a total of 13 pounds!!! one more and i've lost a stone go me!!!!

I'm soooo happy i've had an amazing night S (you know who you are) you were uber sweet tonight and i thank you!

BUT!!!!


today was weigh-day and i lost 9POUND!!!!!
Count em 9! 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9!!!!!!!!

weigh-day tomorrow...not looking forward to it :( 
i was really bad today!
we went to the Xscape Centre in Braehead and me n ma friend went to Pizza Hut so not exactly the best day ever...but i suppose that'll happens sometimes...oh well back to it tomorrow...we'll see what happens tomoz :S

ok soooo......
we are doing quite well but i've not weighed myself properly yet, last time i weighed myself i was only a couple of days in but i was -1 pound going in the right direction though so cant really hope for anything else. 

Not been back to the Gym yet...but i have loadsa uni work and i have 2 essays due for friday which i really should be doing now and not updating this but hey procrastination rocks! I think i'm going to head down either tomorrow or if i dont get these essays finished then i'm going to head down on friday after my half day at uni...cos i feel like i've not been in a really long time lol! 

One thing i've noticed these days is how much crap my friends eat seriously how the hell are those guys so bloody skinny???? but i probably didnt notice before cos i was eating it too so it never bothered me so much! But there is just crap EVERYWHERE. But i'm doing well and feeling positive so

okies so first entry and i'm typing this basically cos no-ones gonna read it and its just for my own good...might keep it up might not we'll see how it goes. so this is just a wee place to write down my thoughts n feelings n my ups n down during my attempt to lose weight but again we'll see how that goes lol!

Ok so i've started my Weight Watchers and joined the gym but i have a feeling i'm going to be going to the gym on my own alot as my friend i was supposed to be going with has already bailed on me and we've only been down twice...on friday and on sunday dont really mind though means i spend less time gabbing and more time actually doing some work which suits me fine.

My family are also horrible horrible people!!!
i decide to start eating healthily and then start being evil i come in last night and they all have chocolate :( they left me one minstrel!!!! but then again means i'm not eating crap! Then goes out shopping with my gran today and she buys the BIGGEST cheesecake you have ever seen and i was like grr thats sooo mean! and then she goes want to go to McDonalds?????
I mean how mean can u get n there seems to be cakes and biscuits and chocolates absolutely everywhere but i seem to have avoided them quite well i have only had maybe 4 minstrels since i've started and i'm getting quite good at saying No which i'm quite proud of lol! 

Dunno the next time i'm gonna make it down to the Gym my friends going to London on Saturday so looks like more gym time on my own!! But saying that i dont mind going to they gym on my own so much as i just plug in ma music and go into my own we world and inflict some pain on myself :P

Anyways i dunno when the next time i'll update as i really dunno if i'm gonna keep updating this thing we'll see how well i do...or not lol!
